      Pros

      Laid back and the people are great. People appreciate when you do things for them. Great retirement benefits and health benefits.

      Cons

      Don't count on pay raises because they come from the legislature. You have to guard against becoming complacent. Some employees will just do the basics of their job to get by.

      Terrible on-boarding process with no clear goals or metrics for improvement Poor communication from supervisors Director's don't actually know what their jobs are, just how to look busy.
