      Pros

      Very responsive to employee needs--benefits centered around the best possible experience for their teams! Constantly growing--plenty of advancement opportunities for those motivated to grow. Company LISTENS to communities/employees and actually MAKES DECISIONS based on that feedback--refreshing!

      Cons

      Not a con, as they are quickly addressing it, however, with growth comes growing pains--expanding the company requires additional teams for smoother experience.
