Pros

Other community managers are very helpful and supportive. When there is a maintenance issues other technicians are always there to help out.

Cons

I've worked for the company for 7 months. There has been 4 changes in management. I have been discrimated against due to my health issues and HR won't do anything. I've had approved time off and then last minute they ask me to change it.
