One of the "company values" is Care, but not care for the residents. They only care about cash. If you do get hired, it will be at one of the properties that hasn't had a full time maintenance tech in a very long time. The property I was at had work orders dating back over a year, plus a lot of things the residents had not reported because there was nobody to work them. Or nobody at the office to even take note of them. Or reported "complete" by a visiting tech when he couldn't get access to the unit. And no overtime. And no budget for materials and supplies. If you havent been scared off yet, in the interview make sure you ask what the occupancy rate is. If it's below 90% run, do not walk, away.
