      Good benefits especially if salary. Included in celebrations and customer events. President and General Managers have made the company a nice place to work

      Cons

      This could be pro or con depending way you think about it.. each department their own entity. Too busy for much training. Requesting time off was never hard to do.

      Value their employee's home life Value their employee's well being Employees feel seen/heard from almost the top down.

      Cons

      Company is growing into a new culture. As with any growth, there will be pains to go with it and old habits to break. Although I feel this company is naturally growing in the right direction.
