      Pros

      Friendly shop leadership, team environment, very chill atmosphere. There's no yelling or nit picking like other shops I've been with. Everyone has their own thing to do, but helps others as needed. Start as hourly and work into a flat rate pay. Very family oriented. Techs are included on all of the office things like gatherings. Training is always available and encouraged.

      Cons

      Wish there was a tool program. PTO and holidays are different than I'm used to, but it seems to work. We need more experienced techs, we have more work than we have good techs for. We need more than 1 training guy for the company.

      Pros

      Value their employee's home life Value their employee's well being Employees feel seen/heard from almost the top down.

      Cons

      Company is growing into a new culture. As with any growth, there will be pains to go with it and old habits to break. Although I feel this company is naturally growing in the right direction.
