Pros
I got to see how the lab worked. Sorting and checking RX in frames for patients and doing small repairs when needed. But that's about all. Nothing like I was told it would be in my interview.
Cons
Management. If you like feeling like you do not have enough training or feel like you can ask questions freely without taking a hit to your self esteem daily. Then by all means work here. Or if you would rather feel confident and well educated seek other work options elsewhere. Horrible management should have headed the warnings posted here before I took the job.
