Great people at the branch level

Terrible corporate leadership and no organization. There is no communication about major changes or even minor ones, and those in charge of overseeing those changes are extremely resistant to feedback. HR is useless and cannot even be relied upon to process payroll correctly or correct simple mistakes. Upper management conducts regular company-wide "town hall" meetings that are full of empty platitudes and any actual questions are either not answered or sidestepped. Corporate management has absolutely no idea what it is like at the branches. Account managers are given free reign to override policy for their accounts to the point where following policy ends up becoming the exception rather than the rule
