Extremely Leftist, Woke Culture, Anti-American - Customer Service Manager Walmart Employee Review

Pros

(Were) Historically diverse and inclusive, initially accepting of both genders and ethnic backgrounds.

Cons

The company seems to only hire or promote women or Hispanic Americans. Seems like you need to be bilingual to be accepted or appreciated by the organization. I remember when employees like myself could only make $6.55 an hour. We worked below minimum wage so that other demographics/people could take our jobs at a higher hourly pay rate ($17-30/hour). Seems like they forgot who actually made Walmart a success.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
