Pros

Work Environment - It's a remote role where I can work in the comfort of my own home! - Great Team; I have been transferred to 3 departments but I have been with an understanding team. - Realistic Metrics; This company set realistic metrics to hit within a certain period. They don't expect you to meet every metric if you're a new hire, or you were transferred from another department. - Team Collaboration: Everyone is so helpful. They understand that the job can be stressful but coworkers will definitiely help you if they know the subjects you're running to an issue with. -

Cons

- Growth: It's a bit difficult to climb up the ladder due to the company transferring agents to certain departments that need more coverage. Which is understandable, but it discourages career growth. - Communication: The company, like every company, needs to work on their communication. A set of agents, I was part of them, was told that they would temporarliy support a department. But, when it was time for the agents to go back to their previous department, part of them was forced to continue to support the current department that they were supposed to be at temporarily. - Sometimes, I feel like I'm in kindergarten when I have to sign up for voluntary time off. I should be able to put in the request and wait if the system is going to accept it or not. I don't want to have to reach out to a team leader. But, when over time is posted, I can just go in and request it in the system. Same thing with PTO. - Some of the communication with other departments are lacking which at times, can be hard to do my job because if I need to transfer, and it is the correct department, that department needs to assist. - I feel like this job did its purpose of putting my foot in the workforce. I'd say, after 1.5, start looking for a better job with higher pay. - They also reduced the time to take off tremendously. Which was definitely unfair. I understand that work has to be done but people have a life outside of their job.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
