Pros

Slightly better pay than McDonalds

Cons

During my time working there the management was awful and I'd have to consistently watch grown adults act like children. The management was awful during my time working there and got new people just for them to be just as bad. If you plan to work here during school beware, because at some locations you can't edit your schedule from when you first applied and don't expect the crappy management to do a thing about it except lie to you to your face about fixing the schedule and harassing you about your gained points because their incompetence. If there's any type of problem expect it to get fixed in 6 months minimum. I've had peers with the same issue working for this company, so good luck at other locations as well. The work the job entailed wasn't even bad it's just the horrible management.

Pros

Good salary, PTO, total benefits

Cons

Working weekends and holidays. It can also be hard to get PTO dates approved, at time, despite submitting far in advance.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
