Pros

Its steady work and as long as you don't call in they will likey not fire you. The other employees are always good company. And if you are one of the few that manigement likes, you'll get to move up in the company.

Cons

Hight costumer service expectations without the employees to be able to provide this high service of costomer service. Often manigement will expect and demand the impossible. Lack of coverage often means delayed or no brakes. And it Always rolls down hill to the little man left. Pay raises are once a year and depend on your review as to whether it's .0 to.60 at the hightest. Promotions are not Likely unless your one that's there pick of you black or another minority that's a plus. Even if you had working good at being the lead and never call in, it want help unless your in the in. It's very biased.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
