Pros
You don't have to work hard to be given better opportunities or even promotions. The more useless you are, the more likely you are to be given administrative positions with good pay and little to no physical exertion required on your part. Just show up and under-perform daily to eventually move to management where your daily duties are useless synergy meetings, holding the floor down, and keeping your fellow managers company in the furthest possible place from where your employees need you. Also, the company throws money at you. The compensation at the DC starts at $17+ for most positions, and you get bumped to $22/hr within the first year. The health insurance is okay if you have the $2750 to spend on medical expenses before they'll help you in any way. They pay for online college classes, which is also cool.
Cons
If you work hard and meet your production goals, they'll just up the goals until its physically impossible to meet them, then write you up every week until you cant transfer to a different position and hold you there until you quit because they're allergic to giving you the sweet release of being promoted to customer. Also, if your department is under-staffed, get used to it because you won't see a new hire for at least a year and only after everyone quits from being overworked because management gets bonuses for keeping labor costs low.
