Co-workers, some of them. Make the stresses of the job less aggravating. Good management team for the most part.
Cons
Cleaning up after other EMPLOYEES. Leaving after stocking freight coming back and nothing is better. Managers that don't care about the presentation of their department. Being a hard worker having double digit hours most nights (with a partner) and getting finished before people with 1-2 hours and having the SM pulling us to help in other areas. Day shift are Telxon vultures and will come hunt you down for one, they don't think night shift needs it but some of us have to bin our own freight. There's no teamwork between the shifts. Nobody cares about how much harder they're making the job on other shifts. Holiday seasons means the backroom is full of seasonal Crap making it a very hectic and cluttered traffic zone. Not much that can be done about that.
