      Pros

      Enjoy the concept of hiring within the ranks to fill manager positions. The knowledge of so many of the Walmart employees is vast, this is passed on to others.

      Cons

      Walmart has a high turnover rate, this makes continuity more difficult. Walmart will get an unfair opinion or reputation whether they do anything or not due to their size.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
