Pros

Traveling: you’re always going to be in a new city every year. Food: food is paid for while traveling. Mileage: mileage is reimbursed for business travel. - you will learn everything from systems, Modular’s, to construction requirements.

Cons

- underpaid! This is a huge issue among new hires; even people who worked for 10 years. - you will only be home 4 days out the month unless you are lucky to have a project in your state. - you will have to deal with construction and store associates. I mean like literally supervising everyone. - understaffing!

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
