Pros
Good pay for the job, compared to Target and the like. It is a big store, so you can move around if you get bored, though this is NOT a quick process. Because WalMart has so much scrutiny placed upon them, they are VERY strict about breaks. You will get reprimanded if you don't take one. You can apply for days off way in advance in the computer system, in fact you have to because the schedule is made 3 weeks in advance.
Cons
For performance evals seems like you always just get the standard raise, in my three years I never got the extra bonus. The biggest con, however, is the people you both serve and work with. They can be terrible. In general, the older the person was I was working with the better. As far as customers, I'm glad I'm easy-going. There was only one time I got truly pissed off.
