Pros

A lot of work hours. A plus for me. %10 discount

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Look. Their not the antichrist or anything. But if you go to a local Walmart store and look around you'll notice that none of the employees there look happy. The company is fine. The lifestyle that they promote, however, is quite a bit on the oppressive style. If you need a job fast, go apply there. Theyll give you a job. Just don't let the place bring you down. It's just a job. Don't take it completely seriously.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
