Pros

Flexible hours, great people, great for team building, 2 weeks to learn job and great training program for specific job. Some jobs are worth the pay.

Cons

Organization, and training on technology was lacking. Expected to much adaptability from workers. Pay was pathetic and job was boring at the very best.

Pros

Good salary, PTO, total benefits

Cons

Working weekends and holidays. It can also be hard to get PTO dates approved, at time, despite submitting far in advance.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
