Pros
Pay and Perks are good. No extra expenses. Cab, food, yearly benefits worth 25k+ 20k + 2 Annaul gifts + if you have kids below 5 years old, 2.5 lakhs.
Cons
Management is biased. They prefer more Tamilian people, you managers can be Tamilian. If you are not a Tamilian, it's very difficult for maybe you both do the same work but he gets the appreciation and benefits and promotion. If you are in the right project under a good manager it will be good.
