Pros
Started with the company as my summer job in college. Given the opportunity to become an assistant manager trainee in my early twenties. Promoted through the levels of salaried store management and became a store manager at 31. The advancement opportunties are great if you are willing to work the hardest (not necessarily physical work or work the longest hours), take on the most responsibility, learn the most and put the most into your people so you get the most out of them willingly. Great work-life balance for management.
Cons
Did have to move around the country to advance at the pace I did. All moves were my choice and I do not consider them a Con as I have enjoyed all of the places I have lived, but many people might consider moving every few years as a con.
