Pros
If you're good at your job, they'll often leave you alone to work on whatever you want to (depending on your team lead). There are a couple managers in there who genuinely care about their people and will help out when they can. You also get a 1 hour break and 2 15 minute breaks at your choice of time. The discount card is low but it does make a dent on things when you need. They're also usually pretty good about seasonal leave if your a student, as well.
Cons
You will run into mean customers, and higher ups will not take your side, unless you have a fantastic manager. You will be invisible to everyone who isn't someone you interact with constantly. I turned in my two weeks and they didn't know who I was, and forgot I had turned it in until a week after my notice period ended and I stopped coming in, when I had worked there for 3 years.
