Business Outlook
Pros
Walser has been a great company for the 5+ years I've been employed here. I've always thought highly of the owners and upper management who look beyond the constant 30 day cycles of car sales.
Walser is a company that lives its core values through all levels of the company on a daily basis and rewards employees for the hard work they put in.
Cons
The majority of the company is based around retail sales, and that means retail hours and the pressure of retail goals. This isn't for everyone.
Walser Response

It's great that you've enjoyed working here for the past handful of years. We pride ourselves on having employees that embrace our core values and we appreciate your contribution to that!
My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!
Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.
Cons
Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
