Pros

Some of the employees are amazing! They work way too hard for what they are paid and how they are treated.

Cons

I've seen several reviews saying that Paul and Andrew are crooks and I would have to agree. They do everything they can to line their pockets with money and take away from employees. They went form running a fairly good business a few short years ago to a greedy operation with letting some of the best senior management go and replacing them with inexperienced bobble heads that manage out of fear and treat their employees terribly. Shame on them--we can only hope they sell to an honest operator in the near future and leave the twin cities area. I will never refer anybody to not only work there but not to do any business with them whatsoever.

Pros

My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

Cons

No cons come to mind.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
