Pros

Reasonable pay. That’s really all I’ve got, but I have to fill space, so I’m just going to keep typing

Cons

Upper- and middle-management don’t listen to seasoned employees about why business is hurting. Managers routinely change time records of employees to stay avoid paying overtime. I currently have TEN bosses. HR and upper management do nothing about middle managers bullying employees. Deceptive policies and practices have cost the business relationships with wholesale customers; management blames it on staff. It goes on and on. Don’t believe the fake reviews. This is a sinking ship.

Thank you for your feedback, appreciate your honesty. We take allegations of bullying and changing of time cards seriously and will address this immediately. We have been dedicating additional resources to our Wichita campus recently to help strengthen our marketing, inventory and pricing strategies. Our goal is improve our brand awareness and give our sales employees the best opportunity to be successful. We are still working through how to best leverage these resources which may seem confusing and frustrating at times. We would ask for your patience as we work through these growth challenges. We would love to hear from all employees about ways to improve our business or culture, I’m sorry you feel we are not doing a very good job of this. Rachel Amick is the HR Manager onsite at our Wichita campus. Both her and I would love to discuss this feedback or any other feedback you would like to provide. Candice Crane Chief People Officer

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
