      Pros

      This is a great culture that really cares about their employees, provides growth and has a lot of work life balance that is promoted here. I have only been here for a month and I feel like I have been here for 10 years. The senior leadership is fantastic and the company is really going in the right direction.

      I don't really have any cons here. This is the best company I have worked for yet!

      My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

      Pros

      Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

      Cons

      Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
