Pros

There are a ton of great people at corporate who are willing to help out of you ever need a thing. That being said, there is a lot of pros as to promotions and growth. The pay is favorable and you do have a lot of “fun” at work with a lot of special little events to show appreciation.

Cons

PTO aside from GM and up is really bad. You have 12 days to a year including sick time and VERY SLOWLY add a day per year. Benefits are way too expensive. Raises are somewhat un heard of unless you are promoted. Thus high turn around. I have yet to see senior management last over a year aside from the Walsers so that’s concerning.

Pros

My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

Cons

No cons come to mind.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
