      Pros

      Great people and work environment there flexible and understanding of real life and having a work life balance. also geat because they update policy and things that dont make sense in the present day to match the changing world around us.

      Cons

      none there are no cons i can think of everyone would take more money but schedule is great awesome co workers and managers. flexibility with schedule options and free food saturdays idk what there is to not like

      My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!

      Pros

      Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

      Cons

      Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
