Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We view employee feedback as a direct line to improve the employee experience across all measures. Work-life balance and an amazing career path are critical to who are, but we're sorry to read that support was lacking for you during your career. That's never the outcome we want for our teammates; the best way to receive direct support is by providing that feedback in the moment. In the future, directly contacting a store’s general manager or human resources representative is a more direct way to allow us to support you and navigate issues together. HR also provides a confidential HR helpline for anything an employee may not be comfortable sharing directly. Thank you for contacting us.
My experience at Walser exceeded my expectations! I learned so much and felt cared for as an employee and person. There is room to grow at Walser and encouragement to find what your'e good at to meet what you love!
Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.
Cons
Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
