Pros
Since working at Walser i have experienced the best workplace and work life balance that i've ever had. It is a workplace that encourages hardwork, but i've always been rewarded and feel fulfilled at the end. All of the staff embodies the company values and it truly is a pleasure to work here!
Cons
I'd say the Cons are primarily in the work itself. We are constantly growing and that entails growing pains and a constant flow of work. I love that there are always things to do, but it could certainly be a con to others.
