Pros

Walser is a career company. They develop people and leaders and I am an employee that can tell that personal story. Walser has provided immense opportunity for many to grow successful careers. The focus on inclusivity, comprehensive training, internal growth, and performance management is unlike any other. Something that has stood out the most to me is the support from leaders across the organization at every level. The senior level leaders are involved and personable. You don't feel like just a number, but a real person with true aspirations and goals. Even in a retail environment, the company provides great benefits, holidays, and paid time off. Could not be a better place to grow a career and work with an amazing team at multiple locations!

Cons

None to share at this time.

Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
