Our mission is for everyone to feel supported and respected, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We work very hard to ensure that our sales and service teams are equally recognized but sometimes different work groups don't always come together as seamlessly. In many cases it can be incredibly hard to walk in another work groups shoes as techs and sales can often be wired so differently. Despite the differences we do pride ourselves on being respectful.
