Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you appreciate the base salary and incentives offered in your role at Walser. The potential earnings as a Customer Specialist are based on a Volume Incentive Plan that run alongside the company goals of increasing volume (units) and products and supports a selling mindset. The recent enhancements to the Customer Specialist pay plan increased the base salary with a focus on volume and products. There are more direct incentives for each additional incremental unity and product sold. In addition, our goal with this compensation plan was to create an effortless customer experience priorities listening and responding to the customer’s needs based on vehicles and product. We continuously evaluate our compensation structure to ensure competitive and fair wages, and we encourage employees to explore growth opportunities within the company. Your input is valuable as we strive to improve and support our team members' career development. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
