Pros

Co workers are nice. That's it

Cons

Extremely poor management and leadership. Walser way is a joke. Upper management is out of touch. Low level management is mostly yes men. Don't drink the cool aid. Walser always finds a way to screw over the employees.

We're glad to hear that you had positive experiences with your coworkers, but we take your concerns seriously about management and the company's commitment to its people. At Walser, we are committed to fostering a culture of respect, communication, and employee engagement. We are very sorry that you have not felt the support or care from leadership (at any level) in your many years of employment. Pros

Good training, base salary, benefits like health insurance, 401k. Good pay plan for high volume dealerships.

Cons

Pay plan is entirely based on volume, and some rooftops are doing in a day what others do in a week. Do your research as to where you go because you can't switch to another dealership until you have tenure. The volume at Toyota is insane. Meanwhile I'm next door at the Buick GMC dealership and our volume is terrible, and I can't switch for months. I'm likely going to have to quit.
