Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.

Pros

entry into disneyland, clean workplace overall

Cons

biggest egomaniac coworkers you’ll encounter. meet high school grads with bigger egos than brain surgeons. i haven’t been talked down to so often than as a barista in fiddler, fifer, & practical. i was told i sucked 3 days into training and suspended after 5 days bc i was retaliated against for defending myself against an abusive trainer. management favors people with terrible personalities bc they are brown nosers. if you defend yourself, they do retaliate.
