Pros

Entertainment Company. They have a great history and company stability. The Walt Disney Company is a good place to work as a family. They have a strong commitment to quality and provide a fun place to work most of the time. Disney gives back to the community in many ways by supporting schools, non-profit organizations, and opportunities to volunteer.

Cons

Very large and hard to navigate around company.

Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.
