Pros

Flexibility and constant change (if you like that)

Cons

Too many chiefs with too little knowledge. Constant company policy changes and procedures before programs are thoroughly thought through and without any real answers once clients and employees have questions. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing, so answers and support are not congruent or cohesive.

Great management with reasonable expectations.

Cons

Due to nature of business and event schedules we do not get much preparation time for the week.
