Pros

Working at Walters Wedding Estates feels like a being apart of a big family. Managers are quick to assist with any issues and questions you have on the job and everyone is so friendly and quick to shout out your accomplishments - no matter how small. As a growing company new positions are frequently created which allows for a lot of growth in the company and a change of pace if you ever feel stuck in your position. In a sales position the commission is generous and management is always open to creating new incentives to boost your goals (and pay ;) ). Schedule is extremely flexible so it's incredibly easy to create your ideal work/play schedule.

Cons

None? It's very easy to get wrapped up in the adrenaline of a sales position, but that's the same in any sales focused job, at Walters it's fun and your manager is always quick to remind you to treat yourself and relax if they see you overworking yourself.

Pros

Excellent benefits for FT salary employees.

Cons

The company will always put Texas first, their financial issues will affect your ability to do your job, and poor performance from colleagues is common. Lots of favoritism and unfair treatment. Pay is averagely too low hospitality pay.
