The pay is wonderful , the work is not hard and people are nice.

No grace period for being late and if you call in they will take points from you

We strive to create a welcoming environment and I understand how our point system for being late doesn't make people feel good sometimes. We established the system because we know everyone has times when they will be late or need to miss work. It happens, I'm late on occasion myself. Employees at Wantable work remotely, which usually means schedules are far more flexible, but with the amount of work employees are expected to handle, the benefits of a WFH setup become almost completely meaningless!

Cons

• Work life balance was terrible despite the remote setup. • Workloads were relentless and expectations were unreasonable. • Deadlines were suffocating and constantly difficult to meet. • Management showed little concern for employee well being. • Pay was disappointing.
