Pros
The company is young and as a result, you have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the overall business operations. Additionally, the business practices and software aren't antiquated so you're learning new and relevant skills.
Company culture is definitely a positive as well. The work force leans towards younger but it's the sharpest group of peers I've worked alongside thus far and they're a lot of fun.
Lastly, there is a feeling of transparency between the C-suite and the employees. There are recurrent conversations in an open forum formats that allow employees to share and discuss new ideas. I get a sense that upper management genuinely cares for their employees and considers their ideas.
Cons
Vacation is a bit on the low side and there isn't currently 401k matching.
