We appreciate your feedback and are so sorry to hear you feel that way. Please know that we value open communication. We try to be as transparent as possible and encourage open dialogue throughout the company to address issues as they arise. We have monthly all-hands meetings where important company updates are presented and shared by the executive team, as well as departmental updates if anything major had happened or is being implemented. On top of that, most departments at Wantable have daily standups, with executive team involvement, meant to keep everyone informed of what is happening throughout the company. While both the all-hands meetings and the departmental meetings are large groups, we also promote an open-door policy with the executive team, all management, and human resources so employees can share feedback privately and without retaliation. Our performance management process includes weekly or bi-weekly one on one meetings between employee and manager to communicate feedback on performance and is a great opportunity to discuss job satisfaction and career development opportunities. Again, we are so sorry to hear you feel this way. We believe that communication is a two-way street and we strive to empower our employees to have a voice and to use it.

Pros

Employees at Wantable work remotely, which usually means schedules are far more flexible, but with the amount of work employees are expected to handle, the benefits of a WFH setup become almost completely meaningless!

Cons

• Work life balance was terrible despite the remote setup. • Workloads were relentless and expectations were unreasonable. • Deadlines were suffocating and constantly difficult to meet. • Management showed little concern for employee well being. • Pay was disappointing.
