Pros
At Wantable, I'm part of an amazing team that works great off each other. I've truly enjoyed my team here because: - we listen and respect different opinions - I collaborate with people I like and respect - I feel like a person and not just an employee here - I have time for exploration and trying new things in tech - I can make the change that I want to see - Theres a strong team controlling project management on the IT side that makes work easy As a developer it's rare to stay somewhere for 4 years, and while this place isn't perfect, I think that what I have seen is that Wantable does eventually listen and grow based on employee feedback. That certainly has been the case especially lately.
Cons
I have noticed that sometimes communication between departments can be troublesome, but I will say that over the 4 years I've worked at Wantable this has improved considerably.
