      Meeting new people Close to bus route

      Cons

      Bad work ethics. HQ has no idea how to operate a warehouse and make unrealistic demands. Raises are dangled in front of you but you are not given fair chances to aquire them. Quality of items is embarrassing. This company values speed over work quality, if you hold yourself to high standards (or even minimum standards if you consider what you would expect as a customer) then this company is not for you.

      Pros

      Employees at Wantable work remotely, which usually means schedules are far more flexible, but with the amount of work employees are expected to handle, the benefits of a WFH setup become almost completely meaningless!

      Cons

      • Work life balance was terrible despite the remote setup. • Workloads were relentless and expectations were unreasonable. • Deadlines were suffocating and constantly difficult to meet. • Management showed little concern for employee well being. • Pay was disappointing.
