The pro is you only have to stomach the incompetent management for 8 hours a day
Cons
Management. Like another reviewer pointed out, management makes sure employees have no voice and everyone plays small but them. Its a petty workplace filled with petty managers. Another review called out the toxic “we’re a family” atmosphere of this place and the best they could do was essentially double down and say yeah we are that bad. That says a lot about this place. Fully expect a generic “we disagree with your assessment and wish you the best sorry you weren’t a good fit” response, even though its a common complaint about this company.
