      Pros

      You are cared about and YOU matter to the company! The officers and President truly care about you. Work changes day to day which makes it interesting and fun to come to work. Multiple clients within the same area or driving distance. Can speak more highly of this company. If you are not employed by WSI you are missing out.

      Cons

      Nothing serious enough to share. Daily hurdles but nothing to drag you down.

      - Decent pay for industry - Good benefits - Good employee involvement outside of the workplace.

      Cons

      - Very political the further up you get in the company. Can be difficult to manage at times. - High expectations for salary that can interfere with work/life balance.
