Pros
Great benefits that go beyond traditional insurance and 401k (which is incidentally 1.6% of the first 4% you contribute -- effectively 6.4%), good compensation, and supportive corporate culture. Bonuses can differ significantly from job grades. For example, I move from project manager to senior project manager and saw my annual bonus change from about $2,000 to $9,000. Both primary locations at headquarters in Atlanta have fitness centers, cafeteria, banks, dry cleaning services and free parking -- a good perk especially since offices are downtown where parking is often not free.
Cons
Management appears aloof and removed. There seems to be an "us" vs. "them" mentality among employees with respect to executive management. Although many at the executive level are well liked and respected for their talent and demeanor, a few present images and actions that promote a disjointed organization with aires of condescension.
