      Pros

      It's an ok place to learn open deck. They have a few good people working in the office.

      Cons

      The upper management lies to its contractors all the time. They don't care if you make a living there. They will try to starve you out. They steal money from you and won't pay you for what they said they would. The equipment they put you in is worn out and you will spend more time in the shop then wondering. Also Richard Donnelly is not the president

      Pros

      Not today! It's great during the first month or two but after that, there are newer rookies to fool. After two months, you've got a considerable amount of money invested.

      Cons

      You've got to learn where to drive and where not to drive. Sometimes, you may end up having to run 400 plus empty miles for nothing to get to the next/closest available load. Sometimes they will pay some for the deadhead but not always. Ask about their turnover rate.
