Pros

Amazing work environment with most co-workers. Training is top notch. Pay is good, bonuses are great. They offer a wide variety of perks after hitting a certain time frame, from free vacations to being gifted company shares. They give incentives to reach goals. They hold annual Christmas and Summer parties. Overall very satisfied with all they had to offer.

Cons

The benefits are a little expensive and not the best. HR does not really check in on the treatment of the staff, so it is easy for someone to become a bully (usually the manager) and have employees be scared to speak up. My manager ran to people above her to complain if something wasn't done right instead of helping to find the solution.

Pros

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
