Pros

I worked with Wasatch for about 2 years. Great experience. I loved the actual work! Pretty stable. Good training. Benefits are decent, and there are possible opportunities to make a decent about of money.

Cons

There are some amazing employees here, however, I worked with mostly draining, dishonest, rude ones. I felt very isolated and it eventually made it impossible for me to enjoy my work. No recognition when I went beyond what was expected. I was routinely reminded that I hadn’t progressed enough within the position when opportunity for growth opened up.

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
