Pros

Overall a pretty good company. People are very kind. If you’re looking to start a job in property management it’s a great place to learn.

Cons

The pay is the biggest con. Once you’ve learned how the industry works and the wasatch way- use those skills and move to a company that will pay you what you’re worth. You’re extremely under paid at Wasatch. They will never get that through their heads. If you’re not family you’ll never grow past the manager role.

We strive to help people build the skills necessary to grow in the industry, and the majority of our leadership team have been promoted up through the organization. As a leadership team we are constantly reviewing our compensation structure and have made significant increases to base compensation as well as increasing our bonus programs over the last year. However, we know that there is always room for improvement. If you have additional feedback or insight please let your manager or a member of the HR team know. Pros

My conscious has always been clear with this company, if any policy or decision didn't feel right upper management was quick to listen and adjust resulting in better results for our residents and less stress for employees. Lots of advancement opportunities and training from within.

Cons

High expectations to meet goals. Very limited flexibility with time/schedule.
